This document applies exclusively to DAWENT Service Apps, including usage-based and subscription-based cloud applications and APIs. It does not cover DAWENT’s other product lines.

Google API Services Usage Disclosure

Dawent's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use of User Data

Our app strictly complies with all conditions specified in Google's Limited Use policy. Specifically:

Purpose Limitation: We only use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and prominent in the requesting application's user interface, or for an explicitly appropriate use case.

No Unauthorized Transfers: We do not transfer user data except:

• To provide or improve your appropriate use case or user-facing features, and only with the user’s explicit consent;

• For security purposes, such as investigating abuse;

• To comply with applicable laws or regulations;

• As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, and only after obtaining the user’s explicit prior consent.

No Human Access Without Consent: Humans do not read user data unless:

•  The user has explicitly consented and such consent is documented;

•  The data is aggregated and anonymized and used only for internal operations in compliance with privacy laws;

•  Access is required for security purposes or to comply with legal obligations.

Strict Prohibitions: We do not transfer, sell, or use user data for:

• Advertising of any kind, including retargeting or personalized ads;

• Selling to third parties such as data brokers or ad platforms;

• Credit-worthiness or lending decisions;

• Creating, training, or improving generalized AI or ML models beyond a specific user’s personalized experience.

Transparency: This page serves as a clear affirmation that Dawent's use of Google user data complies fully with the Limited Use restrictions defined by Google.
